These are some of my favorite photos from our mini photo shoot at Azalea Park on Saturday with Chris' parents. It was nice and cloudy out lol, but I was still able to have fun... That is until the lovely rain started. When, oh when will the rain end! SPRING!! I'm ready for you, Please come soon!!

My in loves have one of the most awesomest relationships. They are such an inspiration and encouragement to Chris and I. They have been through many different seasons in their marriage and it has made their love stronger still. I am beyond blessed to have them in my life. God is GOOD!

Hola Peeps! I have been neglecting my poor blog. I plan on being better about updating. Gotta tell ya though, ( I don't have a very exciting life ) . Just so you are warned!

I got my 50mm lens back last week and I am beyond excited! We went to Azalea Park on Sat and I was able to give a few good photos before the darn rain started. UGH! It's been raining off and on the last few days so it's kinda difficult to take indoor photos with the sky so dark... Let me know if you have any tips!

I just ordered a bunch of books from CBD. I am a bookworm! I will be getting 8 books and a CD for less than $50.00! SWEET!! Really sucks that our local library has a cruddy inventory of the type of books I read. There is pretty much nothing! I also ordered a photography book and a Wii Game. Thanks Babe!!

Here is just some random stuff that has gone on the last week or so....

**I am so bummed! My one and only lens needs to be sent in for a repair. I am pretty sure while we were down on the beach it got sand in it. I can feel it when I find the focus... So sad :( I pray that Nikon can work on it and send it back to me quickly! That would be so cool! I don't know what I will do while my camera is out of comisson. My poor d80!
I wonder if I should do some research on the next lens I want to add to my arsenal LOL! Did I mention that we are in the process of buying our first home. I'm pretty sure that a new camera lens is not included in the funds!

** We ordered tickets to see Third Day in concert!!!!! Woohoo! They are going to be in Redding on April 25th! So cool! Brandon Heath and Revive are on tour with them!

We had a nice sunny day so we decide to head down to the beach.. Only took a good 5 mins to drive there!! What a blessing to live so close.

I was taking photos of the water and I turned around and saw Chris like this! Took my breath away. Just in awe of what our God has created!

Today is our 6th wedding anniversary. I am blessed to be married to such a wonderful, Godly man. My husband is my shining light. He keeps me grounded.. My cup is ALWAYS half empty and his is ALWAYS more than half full lol. He takes great care of me and makes me feel loved. I have a very special place is his heart...

We have had our ups and down these last 6 years, just like any other other couple. What we have gone through has made us sooo much stronger as a couple and in Christ.

My Mother in Love collects pigs. About 6 years ago her parents bought her this pig. The true use of it is **Water hoses** You are supposed to roll up your hose and place it in the belly of the adorable pig.

Well she thought it was just too cute to be banished to the yard so it sat under a desk in the living room like a guard pig. Now it's enjoying the time on the front porch.
